it really be the endings for me!

I really loved reading about Parish and Koya!

Parish is funny and I know he fine. He just gives BDE!

I wish we would’ve gotten a little more of Koya and her brothers in here but I understand they have their books!

I hope Vezzo’s storyline picks up in book 2 because I wasn’t finding any attachment to it.

That ending thooooo! Don’t finish this book at night because you will be up all night trying to get a head start on the next book.

Sometimes I like to read a good love story and sometimes I like to read about hood shit. This was a really good read and messy as hell. By no means do I condone cheating. I don't even like to read it about it honestly but I really enjoyed this book. Parish and Koya's chemistry was on point the whole book. They started off not getting along in the beginning but that changed real quick. Once they started messing around the both of them became whipped for each other quickly. Parish told Koya to her face after they had sex the first time he was gone take her from her bitch and he did. Imma have to stick beside him 🤷🏾‍♀️he was coming with the BDE when it came to her. For a young dude(20) he carried himself as though he was older. I was ready to be a cougar and I don't like young dudes.

Nevermind, Koya got a girlfriend. I did feel bad for Remi in the beginning until I got to the ending and saw she was moving crazy as well. I can't wait til part 2 drops. It's going to be a mess.

Whew honey ALOT is going on here!
I’m so locked in
What is Aleeya doing there!?

Vezzo - it’s a lot to try to be great regardless of your immediate circumstances.

Parish- he really don’t give af

Koya- girlfriend you were being messy and you dead wrong ma’am
I was feeling bad for Remi until her little secret was brought to light! Ma’am what you got going on?

Please these cliffhangers killing me- heading to book 2
I have so many questions
I’m hoping we get alittle time jump epilogue

Parish and Koya are definitely twin flames 🔥

“Aye, look cuz. I don’ let y’all talk long enough. I get it, she probably should’ve broken up with you on some woman-to-woman sh*t, but things don’t always go as planned. So, this the new one. Y’all ain’t together anymore. Walk up out of here like you got some sense, ‘cause I have absolutely none when it comes to her. I’ma act a f*cking fool every time.” Parish

I mean really 😂

Mann…

Talk about coming through. BriAnn gave us a well written, action packed, easy to follow story that kept me interested and entertained. That ending definitely has me waiting eagerly for book two. The character development of Koya, Parrish and Vezzo was awesome. I loved the link up of Koya and Parrish. Things are about to get real during this summertime. Great job BriAnn. Definitely worth reading!

Okay… I now see why the girls are team Parish in this series. Shit, I’m team Parish😂. Idk what it is but I was getting all the feels with him and Koya. They didn’t play about each other and they both are funny as hell.

I’m still trying to figure out how Vezzo story plays into all this… I mean I know there is some type of connection where Remi may be involved but not sure if Vezzo story was worth elaborating on but I guess we shall see if there’s more in the next book to help my understanding.

I like that Kavalli didn’t trip on Parish too crazy when he guessed what they had going on. I thought that was cute.

Remi got some nerve but I figured something was up and that’s all imma say without spoiling.

Babyyyy, Koya was a lil savage straight her daddy’s child, no DNA test needed! ‍‍ And listen… I don’t even blame her ‘cause whew, Parish? I would’ve risked it all too, okay?! That man was a certified problem double stamped, no take backs. A real YN that don’t play ‘bout nothing especially his fam and his name.

And let’s talk about the way he was pressin’ Koya? Chile, had me side-eyein’ my phone like, “Where he at? I just wanna talk…”

Now Vezzo? That’s my boy. They really tried to dim his light, but nah he a whole star, and stars gon’ shine regardless! Don’t play with him!

The narration on the book is ridiculous!! Like a few of the sex scenes were so good it had my chest hurting. It’s Parish all day for me, good lord!! This was just a messy good time which I enjoy so much. But not being able to visually tract all the characters the end has me confused. Listening to this series in audio has been a great experience.

Parish!!!!

This book is a spin off from Trappin Through the snow. It follows the story of Parish, Koya, and Vezzo. I received this as an advanced reader copy and it did not disappoint. I thought I was hooked on the Trappin Through the Snow books but this one gonna have me in a chokehold. Be prepared . Koya is adjusting to her new relationship.
Parish is ruthless but devoted to the ones he loves and Vezzo is still balling and has new opportunities arising
Definite 5 star read.

Parish and Koya!!!! We have to start with them because duhhh!!! I mean so much happened between these two but the chemistry 🥵💦 and the love ❤️🥰between these two was jumping off the pages.

“It’s okay to tell her you love me, mamas. I love your pretty ass too.” Parish answered for her. 🥵🥵

Aleeya needs to sit her little fast ass down!! Lord she got my nerves bad, how did her little hot ass to the house that damn fast??

I didn’t trust Remi ole snake ass, I knew she was hiding something.

Kavalli is still a whole entire fool 😂 😂

Vezzo and AD I need more!! I’m so happy his big brother is home. And I need to see how this situation with the school plays out.

Shit is about to hit the fan in book 2.

My initial reaction as soon as i finished was “WTF!! Koya, Koya, Koya. That’s my mfn n**** mayne. I didn’t know what to expect and baby did you deliver the unexpected! if i wasn’t cheesing and rubbing my feet together, i was cackling and saying IKTFR like i was in the book!” I was on a literal book high for hours, hype off what I’d just consumed. Then at 4AM i reread parts that really stuck in my brain and i must say you’ve out done yourself with this one! Parish is a no nonsense kinda dude and when he said “it’s about to be a cold mothaf*****’ summer”, the book finna turn tf up

Look, I gave this book the five stars it rightfully deserved after I finished reading. BUT I had to sit a couple of days and process what this book had going on. It had me locked in and I was not ready for all Parish and Koya were giving. I am anxiously waiting for more because it didn’t end with a cliffhanger, that was a deadman’s drop!

Great follow up

I really loved Parish and Koya's love story, but but I would have rather heard more about cousin's hookups, than Vezzo. His story didn't fit to me. I know there is a method to the madness so I will trust the process. Aleeya should have been up at that hospital like everybody else, now like is about to be a patient all because she is hardheaded.

I’ll be honest this book took so much longer than usual because I had so much expectations and I honestly felt it all towards the end. Like all the drama happened like when the book was almost done and the build up lasted for ages. I still want and would love to see more of Parish and Koya holding it down for each other and Vezzo and Daisy yeah

4.25/5⭐️4.5/5🥵
- Man Ive been hearing about this book and I was too excited to read it. Definitely did not disappoint!

- Koya Priest was really acting like a skeeza to put it simple. She also didn't play about her loved ones. She was a great aunt and sister. Koya just took young and turnt to a whole other level lol. Then it was Parish Sneaux and this man.... yall this man was just... I don't even know all I can say is he had me smiling and laughing the whole book. Real street smart and he's definitely a hot head.

- Ima be honest this book was messy and full of drama but I was livingggggg. With all that cheating and double lives Koya had going on idk how either of them had time to fall in love. Thats why my rating wasn't higher because they relationship lacked depth so for them to be all in love had me lost. I definitely understood the attraction because Parish was really one of them ones and he sexed her real good but outside of that idk. The other "couple" Daisy and Arvez was cute just wanted more of them. This is written in third pov which really annoyed me but once I got into it I was fine.

- Now I seriously think you can enjoy this book without reading the first two. Id just start here lol.

Now… I’m a little bothered with myself because I figured in true Briann Denae fashion this would end on a cliffhanger but I couldn’t help myself. I will admit that I paused for like two days but the need to know was killing me! That being said I was still not prepared for this book and everything it entailed. I always say her pen is cold but after this one, I’m sure that pen game has reached a higher limit.
I was excited to read this book and to finally get more of Koya but adding in Parish and Vezzo (who I’ve loved since the beginning) gave me more to enjoy. Although there are three points of voice mostly, I can see how eventually everything will mesh together and I’m here for all of it because I know drama and action are on the horizon!
I knew I would love Koya and Vezzo but Parish’s young behind caught me completely off guard. His reckless mouth did me in as they always do but the energy he gives off is just so😋😋😋. With how this book ended we need some answers and I hope they are given in the next book but until then there are lives in jeopardy and Parish is ready to air out the city… oooo I can’t wait!!!

Summertime Shootout

Ok I am definitely feeling this spin-off, these characters really has me on one for real. My favorite definitely is Parish and Koya. I knew I liked her since she was running up in the traps lol. Now my girl definitely was out here falling in love with a real nigga. Probably shouldn't have gotten with her friend because that ruins things. Now Remi was definitely a surprise for real and weird 😂😂. Now I can't wait until all things secret be showed from this school Vezzo goes to but I feel like things are gonna come full circle with the crew and they are gonna be more involved than a little bit.

Yea ok !

I wasn’t expecting to love and like this book like this seriously. Just the chemistry alone with koya and parish was off the charts then you got that drama mixed in making it spicy hot and top notch. I loved hearing about Veezo and his progress he’s gonna reach far if he’s keep that same energy and personality I’m rooting for him. BriAnn Danae know what she doing for sure for sure because this was something with all these bombs dropping in the end as well Lmboo. I was sitting there like daaaamm they going crazy 😂😂. Now I def can’t wait to read the next one book 4 we gotta find out what happened and what’s next.

What a spin-off 👌👏🙌

I loved Paris and Koya💗💕 together. She calmed his disrespectful ways and he calmed her disrespectful mouth.😂 Their chemistry was hot 🔥💥💦 and the love was apparent.

I am afraid to see what is going to happen with Paris sister, his cousin, and the cousins son.😮🤔

I am interested in knowing what's going to happen next with Vezzo in the private school.❓❓. I am glad he got his big brother back.

This was all in all a great story just like all the other trappin books in this series.🙌👏👌

Update: visuals here- https://www.instagram.com/p/Co7TuQou-...

I’m too ready for part 2

Whew honey… when I say this book had a lot going on.. it had a lot going on, but I was here for the ride. This is a spin off of Trappin’ Through the Snow which was about maybe 2.75/3 stars for me, so I didn’t know if I would like this book as much, but oh boy was I wrong. I loveee some Projex, but Mr. Parish… OK now. I’m going to come back to review this. Let me go research these visuals and get them together. 4.5-5 stars, and it’s crazy, because I normally don’t even like spice… But it was definitely on 1000 in this book lol

Woooooow!!

This book right here 👌 👏🏾 spicy, funny and jeesh the storyline was everything and I'm honestly mad I read it. I would've like reading it when the series was done cause the anticipation baby I'm not here for it. Imma have a heart attack waiting.. hopefully it don't take long cause some of these authors take so damn long I all forgot how the other book ended and have to end up reading it all over again just to get a refresher.
