Phineas Blue The Clan is Book 3, the conclusion to the Phineas Blue series. Readers have fallen in love with the fantasy, romance, action, and adventure series Phineas Blue. With its uplifting and deeply philosophical message and diverse, eccentric, colorful yet believable characters, the series is a fascinating coming-of-age drama, appealing to readers of any age. Author, Deb Huston combines fast-paced dialogue, paranormal powers, sinister drama and tender young romance in the story of her protagonist, Phineas Carlyle, a true hero for our chaotic times. With a passion to make the world a better place, he's a powerful, vulnerable, heartfelt and self-reflective young man, as imperfect as the rest of us, despite his extraordinary abilities. Diving into Phineas Blue, readers are transported to an immersive world like our own, but utterly, tantalizingly different.

In addition to my writing, I've worked in software and media development. I'm a filmmaker, composer, graphic designer, and digital video/film editor. My feature documentary, Let My Country Awake, won a Best of Festival Award at the 2003 Berkeley Video and Film Festival and an Official Selection in the Women in the Director’s Chair at the 23rd Annual International Film and Video Festival.

Deeply concerned about the environment, I took time away from media to become a California Certified Green Building Professional and HERS Rater (California’s energy efficient residential rating system). I’ve has also trained as a California GreenPoint Rater, a program more exacting than the USGBC’s own LEED Certification program.

The Phineas Blue series is my first trilogy. I've also written a technical "How to" guide on building and converting WORD documents into well-formatted Kindle eBooks.
