Strokes of Submission is a quick burn, spicy romance, and although it's under 200 pgs, this quickie will do the trick!

Aaron is a domineering businessman who teaches women (consensually) how to be exceptional submissives. Lillian is a woman hanging by a thread in her current relationship to a man who believes he's God's gift to the world and that she should act accordingly. Said boyfriend presents Lillian to Aaron to be taught submission and make her "a better woman."

What if Aaron wants Lillian for himself? Will the domineering man break all of his rules for this frail woman?

This was a short but great fast paced read, and packed with plenty of spice. I think the BDSM aspects and scenes were well written with knowledgeable information. I am truly a sucker for any Brat involvement in Dom/Sub relationships.
I loved how Lillian broke through Aaron's walls, and that she also found friendships along the way.

"Do you want me to spank you, Lillian? Punish you for being a brat?"

"Yes, Sir." She groans. My perfect girl.

The Mr. Jones sees Lillian he knows he cannot let her leave with her abusive boyfriend. He teaches her how a real man should treat a woman. Lilian is taken up by the whirlwind that she walks into but never wants to leave. This book was a really great quick read in one I would recommend to anybody who wants to dip their toes into the world of domination and submission reading without feeling too overwhelmed.

This was a face paced short story. You follow Lillian and Aaron. At first, you think it is a typical short story until you come across the thriller aspect of it. I wish the story would have gone deeper into the relationships, but that is hard to do with short stories. This would make the perfect start for a series, in my opinion.

As always please read trigger warnings before reading.
If you are looking for a short and sweet read with plenty of spice then this is the book for you.
I really enjoyed seeing Lily become more confident and stronger though out the book and the way Aaron swooped in and protected and supported her in every way had me swooning 🥰
