Having destroyed a horde of fledgling vampires with the help of her friends and allies, Natalie Pierce’s hunt still isn’t over. Their foe has fled from Africa with the intention of creating a new army of undead slaves to turn the human race into their cattle.
Nat begins to feel uneasy about the fragile alliance between the Japanese and European vampire nations as well as the truce they have with the human soldiers. Both she and Kokoro know that death and darkness awaits their kind. A betrayal is coming that will tear their alliances apart. Their fate has been decided but neither yet knows exactly how or when their dwindling species will be decimated.
I began reading horror and paranormal books when most girls my age were still reading fairy stories. I always dreamed that one day I would be able to write stories that readers could become lost in.
The Mortis, Shifter Squad, Hellscourge and Fate's Warriors series are connected, but can be read as stand alone series. The overarching theme about Fate's chosen champions will come to an end with my fifth series; Loki's Exile.
My sixth series, Hunter Elite, begins a new saga with the seventh series, Half Fae Hunter, as a spin off.

Natalie and her friends are able to finally destroy 9 out of the 10 disciples. The Second still remains.
Natalie and her friends, with the help of the American army, try to hunt down the second while killing off some of the fledglings they come across. The Second has escape to an abandon castle.
They figure out what country the castle could be in by the plants that Natalie saw in her dreams. They then follow the trail of missing homeless people to where the Second could be located.
Natalie and Luc come across a homeless man who knows about a haunt castle, which happens to be where the second is located.
The American army is pissed that Natalie and her friends went wondering around town.
Natalie decides to go on her own with a few of the army members to try to take down the Second and his few remaining fledgling. Once she kills the Second, the army turns on her. The very humans she's saved and helped have betrayed her.
wow, this chick really truly cannot die. I couldn't imagine going through life knowing that no matter what I will always remain after everything is gone.
Totally understand experimenting on them, human are to curious for their own good and always end up in ish they should not be messing with, the Commander surprised me though with the deal he made. Ungrateful much.
Wanted to see the Comtesse go out a little better than that though, she should have suffered more.
I had a feeling that was where the government was going to send them, I can guarantee that they will regret the decision. When will humans understand that we are the true monsters. lol
the series is pulling me deeper and deeper. with the all powerful Mortis. but this book shocked me with that ending. I wasn't sure how to process from the end. i hope she can get them out of this mess.
when I was getting bored from the series.. thinking there is not much more to do with the characters, this book proved me wrong.. addictive read as all others in this series :)
