Natalie and her friends have saved Earth and its inhabitants from vampire, clone and alien invasions, yet their task still isn't finished. She and her small army of vampires must eradicate yet another undead horde. Her dreams have given her hints and clues about their new enemies, but they are still largely a mystery.
Nat has been advised by Fate itself that the new undead creatures are only part of the final task that she must face. The greatest threat to humanity still awaits. This time, she must conquer it alone. The ordeals that Natalie has suffered in the past have given her the power to overcome this new and final menace, if only she can figure out how to utilize her talents to their fullest.
I began reading horror and paranormal books when most girls my age were still reading fairy stories. I always dreamed that one day I would be able to write stories that readers could become lost in.
The Mortis, Shifter Squad, Hellscourge and Fate's Warriors series are connected, but can be read as stand alone series. The overarching theme about Fate's chosen champions will come to an end with my fifth series; Loki's Exile.
My sixth series, Hunter Elite, begins a new saga with the seventh series, Half Fae Hunter, as a spin off.

None of that padding waffle for this author, no no no: just a well thought out plot, real believable characters and blisteringly fast paced action! Nothing else would do!
entertaining and addictive series.. I loved the characters, the unpredictability of the story and even the way it ended...
it must be really hard to write good story when you create indestructible hero and I admit it did annoy me for a book or two but at the end it worked out well.. some challenges were hard to face even with the immortality and it all "clicked" at the end
what I didn't like was the number of red shirts.. one could be pretty sure all unnamed characters would die and it made no sense when the team was already little to still have unnamed people there.. fodder.. this combined with occasional "deus ex machina", where the main character used godlike skills was a little over the top..

I was addicted..read the entire series in a week..it had me hooked.
I was wondering what would happen to her being that she was indestructible, and pondered what poor Luc would do..glad it ended the way it did and that it wasn't dragged on for 4 more books. Great read..axing vampire story.
This book was amazing. It was an epic ending to a truly unique series. While I am bummed that it is over, I am very glad that the series was brought to a very satisfying conclusion.
