CEA Briefing Document: Ross 128 b Planet: TOP SECRET
This is a secret document that was prepared for the Committee for Extraterrestrial Affairs (CEA) by US Air Force Lieutenant General Hector Marley. It relates specific research and discoveries that were made by the first manned Scout/Adventure expedition to the Ross 128 b planet.
A recommendation on the suitability of this planet for colonization is included by Dr. Frank Norrick and his scientific team aboard the Adventure.
This document also includes a brief report about an unusual phenomenon witnessed by the Scout crew which was observed on the Ross planet and reported by Captain Jeffrey Hatton, the Flight Commander of the Scout.
More importantly, this document has been further updated by the Committee for Extraterrestrial Affairs where a decision was made for the Ross 128 b planet colonization to be an unusually deceptive and heartless counter move designed to help protect the Earth from the attention of malevolent alien entities. CEA outlines the real diabolical and frightening reason for the Ross colonization effort involving the Norrick family and other patsies and why frantic haste is required, despite the problems and setbacks encountered.
