I don’t know how I stumbled across this book, but I’m glad I did. Due to our negative culture and the enemy feeding us lies, many of us have a lot of negative chatter inside our minds. Whenever Jesus was tempted by the devil, He used Scripture to speak truth against the enemy’s attacks. And this book helps us do the same. It’s a 40-day devotional, highlighting different verses in the Psalms that we can use to speak truth over the situations in our lives and the challenges we face. If we are consistent, we can reverse the negative self-talk in our minds, and replace it with truth.

I won a copy of the book in a Goodreads giveaway and I am so glad I did. Reading this slowly over time had me eager to pick it up each day. I love the bite size topics and the layout of discussion, stories, application to life, and the daily prayer. Great book.
