The book was more on the personal triats and how kamaraj reacted in different situation with people, his activities and behavior. But what was better in this book is in knowing the state of mind that kamaraj had during the final days when he was out of power. Cho has actually gone ahead and cursed people for making him think like that which shows to what extent kamaraj has felt for the situation that he was in. Some insights on the final day of his life and situation around the same was also good.

Kamaraj's close aides and friends sharing thoughts and their experience with him were of good information. In case you want to understand bit more about kamaraj and how he worked for people, also want to know more about his behavior and throw some light on how the INC was during his final days this would be a good book. This book has all its points in favor of kamaraj and in case you are expecting a book that talks against the leader this is not the book to pick. A good fast reader ... Above par I would say in case u have read his biographies, good in case u had not read that.

This book is a series of articles about Kamaraj from the tamil magazine Thughlaq. The articles were good but at the end of it there was a feeling that more details could have been given considering the author's closeness to Kamaraj.

Good read about the great Kamaraj. It's a compilation of many articles and essays about Kamaraj. Certainly not a biography kinda book.
