It’s something Dr Benita Mayhead has put a lot of thought into. Thought backed up with research and then shared with us in her book Duty of Care in Coaching.
Each chapter considers a different aspect of the coaching partnership and explores how we can practice ethically while seeking to help us define what duty of care means to us.
Written in an accessible way; I've pages of reflections, and I'm sure this is a book I'll return to time and time again. A must read.
