First and foremost, thank you for this eARC because I was going through withdrawals after finishing ‘The Fallen King’!
OH MY GOD! We have another banger ladies and gents... not that I had any doubt. Ashlynn has had me in an absolute CHOKEHOLD with this series for over a month! Every single book takes you on one hell of a ride, and this one was no different.
Man listen. When I first picked up ‘Chaos’ (book 1 in the series), I went in blind and it has been so worth it ever since. Trigger warnings... What are those? I never read them! I just have to say that I love Ashlynn’s writing. She literally captures you from page one, and keeps you wanting more. The spice is ALWAYS amazing, and the plot is equally as good!
Jade has been through hell and back with her three Kings, and with the way the book ended... it’s not over yet! 🤯 I am sad to say good bye to this series, but I am equally excited for the next generation books! In the meantime, I am running to read both ‘Remnants of The Guilty’ and ‘Dangerous Allure’. Both are interconnected with this series.
Ashlynn has easily become one of my favorite authors this year! If you haven’t read any of her books... get to it! You are definitely missing out. Check your TW’s please. Her books are guarenteed to take you on one hell of a ride!

WOW…. This has seriously been a wild ride. When I first picked up Chaos (book one), I went in blind. I still remember reading it that night and i just couldn’t put it down. I remember texting my hubby about it and how freaking good this book was and I was obsessed and hooked since that night. When I found out she was releasing the next book soon, I immediately reached out and applied to be on her ARC team. Ashlynn was my first author and I can’t thank her enough for this journey she has put me on. I have stuck with her through it all, anything she wrote I read it, loved it. I watched her grow as an author, in her story telling, her writing. I’m so incredibly proud of her.
This series was a 5 ⭐️ read for me. Her smut scenes….🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵. The character development 5⭐️ everything about this series I cannot get enough of.
Am I incredibly sad it’s the end of Jade and her men’s story, absolutely. I savoured this read. I enjoyed this read.
Ashlynn is the queen of cliffhangers, and she never disappoints with a book. I cannot wait to continue on with whatever journey she has planned next!

The end of an Era!!! I have been reading the Kings of Chaos and Mayhem series from the very beginning which makes reading this final book so bittersweet. Ashlynn wrote her butt off with this series!! She did her thing and I gobbled every word up. Reign gave me everything I needed for the end of this series. I watched these characters grow so much through this 8 book series and to see their happy ending was beautiful! This was full of spice and full of action! The loose ends were wrapped up brilliantly! Now we can finally say goodbye to Jade and her men…. For now! Second Gen is going to come in hard!

Wow!! This couldn’t have ended in a better way! Knowing there’ll be more of this world, now with the second generation, I can’t wait!! I love these characters and their stories, how they grew and changed throughout these 8 books was amazing. I loved every second of this series, I binged most of these books and was counting the days for this last one. I’m already so excited for the next books, I can’t wait to see more of these characters and how much trouble these kids will have, being who their mom and dads are, trouble is their middle name.

Absolutely, unequivocally loved every page of this book! This was the final book of the series and what a wild ride it was!
🫅 Jade is next in line for her father’s station! He is the head of the IRA. At her back are so many enemies that she has no idea which side they will attack from. You will be on the edge of your chair because she is constantly in danger. Her men (she calls them her husbands) Dario, Jay and Spade are all obsessed with her. They love her and each other. Unfortunately there are Jades children at risk as well. You will not believe one unbelievable incident that happens that shows no one will ever crush her again. She has climbed to the top and is not about to lose anything she has claimed!
🥵 Well this is Ashlynn and the spice is perfection. It is unusual and different but perfect for who Laye is. It is definitely 5 🌶️.

My goodness…what a way to finish this series… I have been reading for Ashlynn since Jan 2024 and she continues to leave my jaw dropped on the floor with these books of hers. I immediately fell head over heels for Jade in Chaos and she’s been a comfort character for me ever since. Before reading this book I had to go re-listen/reread the entire series because I needed to relive all of the ups and downs of this series in one heartbreaking chunk of days… Ashlynn has dragged my heart over the coals, carved it out of my chest and thrown me for some pretty intense loops on this emotional roller coaster of a series BUT I wouldn’t have it any other way. I didn’t realize I had an emotional trauma k¡nk until I found Ashlynn almost two years ago…She dangles these works of art in front of my face that I know is going to completely wreck me and not only do I immediately jump for it, I keep coming back for that emotional damage…
Now as for the Kings in this series, they’ve all had amazing moments and moments I wanted to shake them for their leas than stellar behavior and half-cocked decisions…but I will stan for their dumb@sses until the end of time because they’re some of the MMCs I judge all other MMCs by. The Carver is a messed up lil beast but he’s my favorite because psycho is my favorite flavor of mmc. Daddy Dario & Spade carved their special places in my heart through this series too…I was completely numb after things a few books back that I can’t say cuz ***spoilers***…but I’m so glad we got to see a HFN and I’m stoked to see what Ashlynn throws at us for their next gen. 🤩

I don’t even know where to start with this book. I can’t believe it’s really over. Reading all these books and going through all the emotions with the characters has been amazing. To see the character growth throughout each book has been so cool to read. Ashlynn does a good job of making you feel so many emotions at once. The plot twists and the cliff hangers always get you. This is one of my favorite series and I just love her writing. Reading the characters finally getting their “happy ending” is just the perfect way to close this chapter. Now for that cliffhanger? As usual I dislike you Ashlynn! But it’s cool to see how all the interconnected books finally came into play little by little. This book was so spicy and worth all the trauma to get to where they end up. I can’t wait to continue jade and her guys story through the kids series. I wish I could read the series for the first time again!

When I first found Ashlynn's work I was hooked ever since. Every last one is amazing and takes you on a fantastic journey you don't want to miss. I don't need or even want to know what the TW’s are when reading her books because I already know it's going to be a banger and I already love her writing style. When she writes she grabs your attention from the beginning of the book to the very last page and let's not forget the spice in her books is top tier with the plot being just as amazing as the spice. She has you think you know what's about to happen but shockers are thrown your way and you guessed wrong. Now let's get to Jade the badass FMC and her three Kings Spade, Jamie, Dario I'm sad to see their story end but with the cliffhanger that there I know the next series is going to be the kids' story and I can’t wait, super excited. I already read all her other books so I have to wait umbutbi know it will be worth it. Ashlynn has been one of my top authors since I found her and she is going to remain as one of my top authors, and if you haven’t read any of her books, I highly recommend them because you're missing out on bangers. As always please check the TW’s and put your seat belt on because it's going to be one hell of a ride.

Ashlynn has this special talent for ripping your heart out, lighting it on fire, and then handing it back to you like “here, you’ll need this for the next book.” And somehow? I still trust her. Every single time.
There is no easy healing here. No quick fixes. Just damage, loyalty, rage, and survival.
And that ending?
Yeah. I don’t know how I feel about it. I thought we were good....then nope.
I love that we know there’s more coming. I love that the story isn’t done.
But I also hate that I’m going to be hanging onto every word while I wait — anxious, desperate, and fully aware that Ashlynn is absolutely going to hurt me again.

I started this series saying HOLY MACARONI AND CHEESE and I’m ending it with HOLY MACARONI AND CHEESE because when I tell you this series was the ultimate emotional rollercoaster…. I’m honestly devastated this series is over. As much as the cliffys always had me like GIRL WHAT YOU CANT DO THAT, I was always satisfied when I got it back… till the next cliffy 🤣🤣
But sigh… I have loved following Jade and the guys and I absolutely can admit I cried a few times but I’m so excited for what’s to come also.
I loved the different relationship dynamics between the characters. The love we see is just so explosive, and devastating at times but god I lived for the moments of pure want, need, and the possessiveness 🤭
This series is not for the faint of heart. They GO THROUGH IT. Like heavy on the go through it. It’s messy. It’s beautiful.
I don’t need to tell you the spice was absolutely spicyn because if you’ve read the first 7 books, obviously ash doesn’t skimp on that 😮💨
There is so much going on with the plot that I’m constantly trying to figure out what’s gonna happen next 🤣

Holy hell, what an ending!!! Ashlynn closed out this series with a bang—or two (iykyk). This final installment of the Kings of Chaos and Mayhem series had everything: high-stakes suspense, heart-pounding twists, brutal revenge, fierce loyalty, fiery passion, and of course, that signature banter that makes you laugh even in the middle of the chaos.
Jade’s growth throughout the series really shined here—she stepped into her power fully, proving that she’s just as ruthless and resilient as the Kings themselves. The bond between her and her men felt stronger than ever, tested in the most intense ways but ultimately unbreakable. They fought hard for their happy ending, and wow, did they earn it.
The storyline tied up so many threads beautifully while still leaving the door wide open for more. Jade and the Kings’ story may be complete, but this world of chaos is clearly far from finished—and I, for one, can’t wait to see what Ashlynn does next.

I feel like we went through a battle field with this series! Enemies, friends, lovers, murder, rape, kidnapping, sabotage, betrayal, psycho spilt personality, family betrayal, the works and I mean they went through everything. This is book 8 and you will love them all!
Jade, Spade, Jamie and Dario will always have a piece of our hearts as we will probably not let them go. This author gave us a family that will go through hell and back and keep fighting for the next generation that’s to come.
We cried, we screamed, we laughed and we cheered while they went through their pain, their loss and their happiness and their biggest victory of staying a family that loved each other.
I’m so happy there going to be a next generation that I’m sure will bring it on just as good as this one was!

I honestly don’t even know where to start… it’s been a hell of a ride!
This is the last book in the Kings Of Chaos & Mayhem series. So if you haven’t read all of the other 7 books go do that IMMEDIATELY! Remember, as with anything written by Ashlynn, check the trigger warnings. They are no joke. This series will have you on the edge of your seat constantly. I hope you don’t like sleep (or you’re an insomniac like myself).
I thought I’d be sadder that the series of Jade and the Kings is over, but I think the next series will be just as amazing. I’m looking forward to following the kids and their stories. Holy fricken hotdogs and bananas y'all!!!! This story was absolutely FRICKEN AMAZING!!! I mean duh I already knew Jade and her Kings were gunna rock my dang socks off but ummm HEELLLLOOOO.... It is a bittersweet moment saying goodbye to a series that has been in my head from day 1. It has been a privilege to follow Jade, Jameson, Reid, and Dario's story! This series will stick with me forever. Through all the ups and downs, darkness, twisted tests, and insane obstacles these people learned to love and be loved. (Especially Jamie)
This was a beautiful way to wrap up Jade and the Kings' story while also enticing to read the next series which follows a new generation.
Even through the random chaos (because of course there is) the MCs still find their forgiveness and love. If only that peace would last haha it is the Kings of Chaos and Mayhem with their bad bitch Queen FMC and it's written by Ashlynn so you know it only gets better from here!
Also the spice is super hot as always... the Ry, Jade, and Reid scene- and the epilogue scene especially!! Hot damn Ashlynn always delivers the perfect blend of crazy devious spice and WTF what now plot!
I can't wait to see what comes next!!

Ashlynn for this being your last book in this series you wouldn’t know it by the ending. I met you near the end of this series so I did an audio race through them and dang you broke my heart a few times. But this story wasn’t just about hurting people, no u creative a family that each and every one of them needed and created children to melt these big guys hearts.
This story takes you to one of the most emotional and crazy ride Ashlynn cried along side us. I am still in disbelief that the Kings series is done! I mean, sure we will have the 2nd Gen. but. I have been with Ash since Choas and I am not ready for this to be over. I loved EVERYTHING about this series. This book was the perfect ending for their story (though...that epilogue starts us down the next generation. Watch your step, that cliff is a dooooozy). Jade is the queen and that crown, though it may be heavy, belongs on her head! Her kings all beside her. Spade and Ryder's relationship takes a hit or 3, but man oh man when they are on are they OOOON! You will laugh, cry and man oh man will you want to yell at Ash (and I did). Perfect. Check your triggers because this is FULL of them! You matter!

WOW!! Just WOW!! I've been on this journey with Ashlynn since the first book & I've loved them all! The ending to this series is freaking AMAZING!! This is the last one about Jade & her guys; justice was served!! They've all grown so much since the beginning of their relationship, they've all been through hell & back. A lot of things are happening here & a lot of things come to light. Jade has taken her rightful place & it was awesome!! The spice was fantastic & I loved the story. I can't wait until the next gen. book. One of the kids have a secret & something terrible has happened. This is the bittersweet ending to Jade & her guys & the beginning of their kids; they're not out of danger yet. Highly recommend this series & author!

Idk where to even start with this lovely book!! It is truly an end of an era! I was not prepared for this series to end! Ash does some amazing work with her books, she draws you in and you become hooked, obsessed and can’t get enough! She is the QUEEN of any and all cliffy’s, twist and turns! You will never be bored reading anything she writes!! I LOVE jade and her men and I HATE to see them go!! Although I didn’t want it to end, Reign gave everything for that chefs kiss end! It has all the spice and action that you need, while also tying up those loose ends!!

With a heavy heart and tears in our eyes we say "see ya later" to Jade and the boys. Its not goodbye as we will see them again in other stories. Jade has been a badass FMC from book one. This is their final book and she is still a badass! Ashlynn has yet to kill off Dalton, but lets not talk about that now. Jamie is getting better, Dario has talked to the kids about being "daddy" with a new face and Spade still had Ryder. All is well in the world for me. I read this book so slow because I did not want to put it down. I didn't want to leave these characters behind. If you love dark romance, with hints of deceit and moles, come join the fun. OUTSTANDING Ashlynn!

Ashlynn girl this book. Honestly speechless. I have not only fallen in love with these character but seriously need my kings. I need a Dario in my life and all of the others. They know what a queen is and lucky Jade to experience that kind of love and devotion from her men.that being said Jade is one heck of a female and I love that she is just as badass as she was in book one her strength, her love , and the I’m mad so we will fight it out then f@ck it out, chefs kiss. This book was a pure masterpiece and I’m so glad I came across this series and took a chance. The action, the turns, the thrills this book packs one heck of a punch.

I first found Ashlynn when she was releasing Chaos and Jade and her kings immediately became my favorite why choose series. This has been one heck of an emotional roller coaster. She has made me laugh, cry, and throw my kindle across the room. Getting to read Jade turn into the bada$$ Queen she was always supposed to be, with her kings at her side. No better way to end this series. I’m sad honestly that it’s over. These characters are some of my top favorite

Oh boy, it’s a bittersweet ending for Jade and her men. Throughout the 8 books in this series, I have both loved and hated each of the main characters at one point, but that proves how well Ashlynn can pull the strings of your emotions through her writing.
I wish Reign had been a bit longer, mostly because I’ve gotten quite attached to the characters, but I know we’ll see them in the future throughout other books.
Overall, I think the Kings of Chaos & Mayhem is a great series for those who enjoy dark romance with wild twists and turns.

This is the final book in the Kings of Chaos & Mayhem series and it couldn't have ended any better than it did. If you've been keeping up with these character's then you know that payback has to happen, because what they've been through it's way overdue. But holy moley was the plot plotting and the spice was some next level stuff especially after that bomb dropping cliffhanger from the previous book when we find out Jade and Ryder had been lied to and neither are very happy. But we also find out there's more secrets to reveal as you flip the pages and thing's get more intense. This is a must read.
I can't tell you how good this book was you'll just have to find out for yourself.

I can't believe this is over! I have been on this journey with Ashlynn since the first book in this series "Chaos." I feel in love with Jade and her guys right away. A dark romance, why choose story that takes you through all the emotions you can imagine. Even though this is the final book in this series, in true Ashlynn fashion, she's ended on a cliffhanger...but it leads right into another series that's tied into the Kings of Chaos & Mayhem series. If you're looking for something to read while we wait on her upcoming trilolgy, check out Remnants of the Guilty, it's related to this series.
