About The Author
Lydia Hudgens is a Brooklyn-based photographer with a passion for highlighting the strengths and personalities of her subjects. From commercial projects to editorial work, she has predominantly focused on plus-size fashion, dedicating her practice to the celebration and beauty of diverse bodies. With a passion for all things photography, Hudgens has jumped in front of the camera as well, modeling for Universal Standard, Dia & Co, Google, It Cosmetics, Pari Passu, and Eloquii, among others. In 2021, she began teaching monthly modeling classes at her Brooklyn studio, specializing in fluid movement and teaching models confidence in posing for more commercial applications. Hudgens has been featured in Vogue, Teen Vogue, InStyle, Glamour, and more.

Stunning work. Not only is Lydia’s photography beautiful, but it is wonderful to read about and see the many incredible women she features and celebrates from the plus community. Will be turning to it for inspiration, empowerment, and a heady dose of beauty on the regular.

Absolutely loved this book! It is organized so well and super educational about the importance of plus representation in fashion.
