We live in a chaotic world that is stressful and hard to navigate. Bhante’s new book is filled with practical advice and calming techniques developed by the Buddha over 2,000 years ago.

This book is also filled with philosophical insights, tales from the Buddha’s time and questions at the end of each chapter for the reader to reflect on.

But one does not need to be a devout Buddhist to appreciate Bhante’s wisdom. There is plenty here for all readers from all walks of life.

Insightful and enlightening

This text has much to offer. Reflection questions help to make the teachings personal through self-reflection. I can't recommend this book more highly. It is a wonderful resource that will help the reader see their truth gain a much better understanding of Life.
