What I love about this book is that the author is not some celebrity trying to make money as a fitness guru—she’s simply a person who discovered the benefit and joy of exercise late in life (after a rather unpromising start) and believes if she can do it, so can you. She includes stories, exercise tips, and encouragement galore. Her enthusiasm is infectious. I defy anyone to stay a couch potato after reading this book!
