Imagine stepping out the game to start a family and go legit. Only to be framed for a murder you didn’t commit. Storm decides he’s out. Bet! His brother gets out with him. Unbeknownst to Storm, Frost has built up animosity towards Storm because Storm didn’t leave him the head of the drug game.
Well fast forward 3 years Storm is soon to be married to Aisha, Sunni is 3 and life should be as good as it gets. Business is booming and then BOOM you’re being framed for a murder you didn’t commit. You get to the lawyer office and your fiance bumps into someone and acts like a bih so you apologize and exchange kind words with the girl who you later learn is Rayne.
Storm befriends Rayne and they start having lunch together on the days he has to go into the law office to work on his case. Meanwhile Aisha out her doing Aisha, Aisha is having an affair that hits close to home. Frost ask Storm to help him out of a situation he placed himself in and Storm says no so now Frost is out to bring him to his knees.
Rayne is at home going through it with her boyfriend. Storm finds out Aisha isn’t who she claims to be. Secrets start to come to light. Storm’s mom is sick and in the hospital. Storm and Frost both hate they daddy. One night Storm, Frost and Roman end up in a club hanging out. It just so happens to be where Rayne works and one thing led to another and baby all hell has started.
There are tons of secrets, there is deceit, betrayal, cheating, love lost, abuse, babies, unslinging, love, and a HEA. Just know the plot twist keep on twisting. I enjoyed this read from start to finish despite the DV. Everyone got what they deserved and I was sad some people got what they didn’t deserve. Y’all go check this out. Storm is BDE!!!!!!

Storm!
One thing about Storm, he gonna get THINGS done!
This man took care of everything without breaking a sweat
Aisha is evil and she deserved everything that happened to her!
Frost is the evil twin that you feel like didn’t suffer enough for the amount of things he did in this book!
Ryane went through so much in this book man, I wanted to hug her! Once she finally got out! She ain’t play about her man or their family! She stepped up on so many levels on things that she didn’t have to but she did because she was such a good person!
I enjoyed this book and would recommend!!

Khemistri J has easily become my new favorite author! Nobody pens a story like her bottom line. She’s somehow able to give you soo much I information by telling the story from different points of view and it allows you to see how these people got to where they are.
This story was not insta love, the love was there but the connection took a minute because of what they both had going on. The drama that unfolded was crazy!!! Storm has definitely a confident boss and Rayne was just a sweetie who needed the right guy to hold her down. This was a really good read.

Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing
There were so many snakes in this book. First Frost and Aisha doing Storm dirty. Then the way Rayne’s family stole her money was crazy. Trevor got his karma after he went along with Rayne’s aunt to do her dirty. The saying is true “you reap what you sow”, as so many of the characters in this book did exactly that. Good read.

So much that happened in this story. Since the first time they met, Storm was drawn to Rayne. Both were in a relationship, but they connection, kept putting them together. Aisha and frost along with Trevor, were all headaches in this story. I'm glad Storm and Rayne got through the pain and heartache.

I enjoyed this book. Tear jerker. I wish there was more of genesis and storm reunion before she passed. And I feel like Aisha got off too easy. He should’ve killed her. And he didn’t find out all the dirt she did. She deserved a harsher death. And I wish he didn’t have to lose his best friend
