I read the original web novel a few years ago. I love the characters and its tranquil and heartwarming depictions of the village life. This manga adaptation has pretty art but it glosses over a lot of details. I don’t know if readers who haven’t read the novels would fully understand or enjoy the story. Now I want to re-read the original novels.
