I am obsessed with Kai and Nerissa. The story and all the characters had me glued to my kindle. Kai and Nerissa are mates but someone or two want them apart for good. Nerissa will learn the truth and finally will do right by the gods. Absolutely love this book. The ending was absolutely amazing.

OMG, Elena M. Reyes has done it to me again!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve read one of her books and yet every single one of her books were just as good as the previous ones were and this was no different.
Fantasy and paranormal romance books have always been one of my favorites to read and they’ll always be. ESP since there’s so many different mythical creatures and depending upon the author and how they want their stories to go anything can happen.
If you like pirates, werewolves, mermaids/sirens, prophecies, forbidden romances, enemies to lovers then this is a book that you should most definitely check out.
One thing I love is how the Alpha male wolf will be go from woman to woman and never look at them twice Bc he knows that she’s not his fated mate but the minute he smells her she’s all he can think about. Even if their families are enemies and this was no different for Alpha Kai Daire and his mate Nerissa Del Mare.
Once I got myself into this book I couldn’t put it down. I’m really hoping that we get more from this world and if not I’m looking forward to seeing what Elena M. Reyes publishes next.

Not my first by this author and I have read all the books and have loved every single book. I especially love this author's PNR books. It's the only author I read PNR from.
These two were everything, who knew a Warewolf and a Mermaid are so perfect together. These two also share a past that they both were told a different story from, but when their mate connection lights up, it's a different story. I really enjoyed the adventure and the road it led for them to be together forever. It's spicy, it's dangerous and it's romantic...perfect combo!

This book definitely fulfilled my need for a pirates/mermaid love story but with so much more! And that prologue…just you wait!

This is a captivating dark and steamy page turner. This story had me engaged from the very first page and once I started I couldn't get through it fast enough. It's a well written story with great characters, has a fascinating plot and plenty of intrigue. Highly recommend reading.
