helpful book for success

This book is really good for business and to manage people to have a successful company, it gives you many different important factors you should follow and make so things run better and smoothly. Most companies that have a hard time being profitable is because of management is not efficient and sometimes even be counter productive and it just makes things harder than they should be. Loved the book.

This is a practical and useful book that addresses the psychology of change. It highlights change fails when the human aspect is neglected. It is a fast ride without a lot of fluff. While the content is strong, it lacks personalized real world examples.
