Yoji Akutagawa is an exceptional doctor who lacks people skills， He lives with his nephew Kento， who's in his second year of junior high. Unfortunately， the two have trouble communicating. So in an attempt to mend their relationship， Yoji offers to pay Mr. Yagi， Kento's tutor， 20，000 yen an hour to be his personal instructor on human emotions.
