This is pure porn. A guy who doesn't respect women is transported into another world where its god teaches him a lesson, it's unclear if that was intentional though, and he ends up getting fucked for months. I can't even tell if he was secretly gay and enjoyed it from the start or if it's one of those cases when too much sex breaks them, definitely dubious consent.
