This amazing box set includes books 1-7 about a female police detective who is a LAPD homicide investigator. Throughout the series Marcy and her partner Detective Angel Reyes work together to solve various murders in each book.

From Skin Deep to End Game you get to know Marcy, Angel and a few other characters that make repeat appearances and round out their lives. Each book brings a new case and delves deeper into the characters lives as they continue to solve crimes!

I really enjoyed reading through the series and the box set is perfect to settle in and figure out what happened from book to book. The characters gave you a perfect balance of those you love and those you hate. The mysteries kept you on your toes and interested as they were investigated.

This is an excellent book set. I’d read and reviewed all 6 of the published Marcy Kendrick books. All have complex characters and return in future books, so there’s great continuity. The mysteries are interesting, and there’s even some sexual tension. I noticed that this set has the previously unpublished #7 which was why I was so excited to see this set. I was really hoping for the completely satisfying ending I sought, and am surprised at the final outcome. It makes me a bit sad, but certainly worthwhile to read as it reaches the final outcome!

This is a terrific box set featuring all the series so far plus a new seventh book added. Marcy and her partner Angel lead a hectic life as police detectives investigating major homicidal events while also being called on to get involved as needed with daily situations.

Apart from great stories which I read quickly, I love the personal aspect also particularly for Marcy and root for her every step of the way. The ending leaves me a bit sad but curious to see what happens next. Highly recommend this bargain boxset if you like fast paced thrilling police procedurals.

have to say i am still on book one of this series and as there are 7 books in this box set its gonna take me a while to get through them... but from what i am reading this is a very addictive series and marcy is a character i am so gonna love......

i will have to come back and let you know later what i think but so far i am hooked.... so glad i was able to get this box set...

What a great set of mystery thrillers! Marcy has a fascinating backstory, her mother was murdered by a serial killer. The supporting characters are well-developed and interesting, especially Marcy's brother. Plenty of twists and multiple suspects kept me guessing. I'll definitely be rereading these!

This murder mystery/police procedural series is fast paced , page turning , full of twists and turns - entertainment at its best , the storylines go from strength to strength .
Whilst the solving of murders is paramount the stories are strongly character driven .
Despite Marcy's early traumatic childhood she has managed to raise herself to being one
of the best detectives in her division - along with her partner Angel they will always put the victims
first no matter the cost to themselves - both know that the other will always have the other's back
and have become best friends because of it . They have managed to forge personal lives with partners from within the Police system , although that in itself can cause problems as everyone knows their business
The final book brings many questions ............. are there still El Gato spies within the Station ? who killed the bombers ? and perhaps the teasers regarding a possible relationship between Marcy and Angel will playout sooner rather than later ( I'm impatient - sorry ) ?
I would recommend this series and this 7 book set will bring you right up to date in the timeline .

This is an stunning series and I loved the fact that after devouring the first book in one sitting I didn’t have to wait to read the rest, including the brand new, 7th book, End Game.

Detective Marcy Kendrick and her partner Angel are an awesome duo. Determined and relentless as they pursue serial killers, the deep attachment they have to each other is abundantly evident. As well as their loyalty to their team. And while Marcy has many personal demons to deal with which is revealed throughout the series, nothing will stop her from doing her job, which for Marcy is a calling.

The writing is fabulous and I felt as if I was there on the streets with them as I really felt a sense of place, as well as emotions. This Detective Marcy Kendrick set is an action packed series which is almost impossible put down from the first page to the last.

This is the 1st book that I have read from this author and I am glad I took the opportunity. This contains seven books which describe the efforts that Marcy and her partner took in trying to solve the serial killings which happen differently in each book. Learn of the dangers that Marcy endures and what events she has to face in her life. Eac h of the books is well done and they start following the same theme from the prior book.

This was definitely a great way to read the series with one following after the previous one.

I am glad that I was given this opportunity to read annd wasn't disappointed. Pick this book up, you won't be disappointed.

7 intriguing books to binge on. These books flow w/ excitement, action and murder from the first page till the last Detective Marcy Kendrick is tenacious and has a tough attitude towards depraved murderers. You don't have to read these in order it doesn't make a difference they can be read as stand alones. Marcy and Angel are two brilliant detectives who feed off each other and see what others miss. I get excited to sit down and start reading one of this author's Det. Marce Kendrick stories knowing I'm in for one helluva ride w/ it's unforgettable and unexpected twists.

I have to admit I only read book 7 in this set as I had previously read and reviewed them all. Theo Baxter has quickly become my favorite thriller author. His stories reach out and grab you right from the start. They keep you fully engaged and keep you guessing until the very end. I think this was the most emotional thriller of the series. I was moved to tears more than once. This series is not for the faint of heart. Think of Criminal Minds…so dang good. This is one series I would totally read again. From the first page, I've been hooked and just couldn't stop reading. These seven books are truly some of the best I've read up to now. I love Marcy and Angel but can't stand Jordan he's a real pain in the butt. All of them are page-turners and worth every minute of your time. I recommend these books to everyone who loves reading about serial killers and other deadly criminals.

This boxset contains 7 stories all following detective Marcy Kendrick! A gripping and enthralling boxset that just grabs you from the get go and holds you on the edge of your seat biting your nails to the quick. Entertaining, suspenseful and full of drama and danger, the author really knows how to grab you and keeps you hooked from start to finish. Fantastic characters, fantastic and thrilling storylines, this is definitely a set I would reread and recommend!

I've been waiting for the seventh book in this series and I'm not dissappointed. It's just as good as the previous six books. A good story, a bit bittersweet but entertaining and suspenseful. I can truly recommend this series.

I love this series. Marcy is a wonderful character, smart, a dedicated public servant, fighting for justice at her own personal emotional expense. There are some gruesome scenes as she hunts down cruel killers. I enjoyed each book and recommend this series volume set.

What can I say...I love Theo Baxter. If you haven't read anything by him yet then go get this box set and read it and you will fall in love with him too. This book is about detective in the LAPD who is a homicide detective. Each of the seven books has a interesting murder that Marcy and her partner are trying to solve.

Excellent boxset each book was really well written and full of suspense and drama.
A great list of characters and the FMC was a strong female detective called Marcy and along with her partner Angel headed up a small team that hunted serial killers.
All the books are well worth a read and this is a great value boxset.
