I received a free copy from Hidden Gems and I'm willingly leaving a review
I found the book interesting and sometimes quite fascinating, like how junk food is made to give you bliss. I really liked the portion about habitual behavior, where our brain knows there is dessert after supper, if such is found in your house. For us, it's mostly after certain meals, which has the same result. There are plenty of good ideas; you can work on one or try many. Although this information is quite available on the Internet in general, I like that it's readily on hand, without using a computer.
