Perfect guide!

If you've ever wondered why estrogen is always talked about as the key hormone for women, this book will open your eyes. It presents a revolutionary, non-traditional perspective based on recent research that highlights the crucial role of testosterone in women's health, a hormone that is far more abundant than previously thought!
The text is so complete that it offers two things that are very important to me, on the one hand it offers solutions to common problems such as symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, decreased sexual desire, skin care and vital organs of the body and on the other hand it is backed by the experience of an expert who is the author who has many years of clinical experience.
In short, if you are interested in women's health, want to understand your body better and are open to new perspectives on the role of hormones, then this is the perfect book for you!

Great Book!

From the cover, I realized this was going to be a book that would change many of the beliefs I had deeply rooted within me. I think that from the title and the first words the author shares on the cover, you know you are going to learn many new things and unlearn others. I say unlearn because I had no idea about all the benefits that testosterone could bring not only for men but also for women. In fact, I believe one of the best things in life is to break free from the taboos we live with. I think this type of book opens people’s minds and enriches them. If you want to learn and discover new things, this book is a great choice.

I found this book to be extremely enlightening, with information that is well researched, revealing, organized and well explained. I don't usually read many books on medical issues because I have difficulty understanding the technical vocabulary; however, Dr. Charles Mok provides the reader with many years of research, examples and theories explained in great detail for their maximum benefit so anyone can learn and enjoy it.
I found the historical context provided by the author to be crucial to understand how hormone replacement therapy evolved.
I have no doubt what an enormous contribution this resource will make to the world of medicine and how much we can learn from it.
