Great book, clearly written by an extremely intelligent person. Ratner manages to make something that you could easily dismiss as hokey dokey nonsense into a very valid and logical argument. I was amazed at how he managed to put synthesize this knowledge. It took me years shadow work and thought to graze the surface of what he mentions in the book. Most of all, what he says JUST MAKES SENSE! If you and a doctor can't find a structural reason for pain that you are definitely experiencing, it must go beyond physical bounds.

Such a simple idea, yet it is so dearly resisted. I'm extremely excited for the future of this work and the discourse that will ensue as this will inevitably become a part of care going forward.
