'The Darkness Of Revenge' is the second installment in the 'Who's Yehoodi'? saga. I'd recommend reading the first book in the series so you don't get lost. The author does an an amazing job explaining past events.

We continue to follow Cash, Billy and Nate on their entrepreneurial journey as owners of the 'Hi De Ho' club in Harlem. The Hi De Ho has been pretty successful. Billy has a wife and a kid, they got rid of that imbecile Captain Strauss. Life is peachy right?...Well that's all about to change. After Billy let himself go after the war, Cash is back to whip him back into shape. All is good until they receive some unexpected guests while they trained one day. This creates a series of unfortunate events that will change the trajectory of all 3 friend's lives, as well as the 'Hi De Ho Club'.

Throughout all this we meet Dr. Menard Tenebrous, a graduate from MIT, that initially majored in Chemistry and switched up to Engineering. He even taught after obtaining his doctoral degree. He took great interest in destructive weapons, because of his early successes with weapon systems, he was placed among the Military Elite in Washington. He was awarded a very big contract to develop a cloaking device, but after failing to find a solution to a little hiccup that happened during his experiment, he was overshadowed by a fellow seaman. Billy Salts. He could never let that down, and he wanted to to get revenge on him and anyone near him. There is of course some deeper rooted issues for his disdain towards billy (you'll have to read that for yourself). As you get to know more about Tenebrous, you'll see how dark and twisted he is, and how far he's willing to go.

'The Darkness Of Revenge' takes you on a wild ride. I enjoyed the first installment in this series, so I cannot wait to see how the series ends. Sam has a way with words and depicting scenes that keeps you engrossed in what's going on. Thank you to Sam Selvaggio for gifting me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
