أديب أوزبكي مشهور تعددت فنونه ما بين كونه روائي وكاتب مسرحي، وهو مؤسس فن الرواية في الأدب الأوزبكي الحديث، التي تناول فيها دقائق حياة الشعب الأوزبكي.
ولد في أسرة تاجر طشقندي ثري. وعاش سنوات طفولته ومراهقته وسط التجار الأغنياء والفلاحين الفقراء، وكبار الحرفيين المهرة، والحرفيين الصغار، وووسط الفلاحين المعدمين الذين جاؤا إلى طشقند تحت وطأة الفقر بحثاً عن مصدر للعيش والرزق.
ولعب عالم الكادحين والمثقفين الذي عاشه بمدينة طشقند دوراً هاماً في نمو آفاقه المستقبليه كأديب أوزبكي. ولم يتعرف على حياة الشعب الذي ينتمي إليه عن طريق السماع أو عن طريق قراءة الكتب، بل تشبع بخصائصه عن طريق التعامل المباشر مع الناس من حوله.
وبعد تخرجه من مدرسة النظام التعليمي القديم، التحق للدراسة في المدرسة الروسية المحلية. وخلال دراسته اهتم بمطالعة مؤلفات كلاسيكيي الأدب الأوزبكي.
ومن إبداعات عبد الله قادري الروايات التاريخية:
– “أيام زمان” التي كتبها عام 1926؛
– و”العقرب من المذبح” التي كتبها عام 1929.
وكانت من المؤلفات الأولى التي تناولت مواضيع تاريخية في الأدب الأوزبكي الحديث.
– ورواية “الأيام الماضية”؛ وهي رواية تناول فيها الواقع بالكامل، من صراعات إجتماعية وأخلاقية صعبة، والتداخلات الإجتماعية العميقة آنذاك.
ووصف في مؤلفاته النواحي الجمالية للتقاليد الشعبية، والطقوس الدينية، وتناول القوانين غير المكتوبة المتداولة والتي تنتهك حقوق وكرامة الناس.

القصة جميلة جدا ولكن النهاية ماساوية جدا
