Trevor is obviously a man who has enjoyed great success in his sport, and perhaps should have enjoyed greater international success than he was allowed. However, this book I found just plain boring. He describes his rugby career in fine detail, but it's his life story that I found disappointing. His life is just too normal. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with having a normal life, but it doesn't make for the most interesting reading.

Well done Gerry - nice book; Trevor Brennan is "salt of the earth" but the book is only for die hard rugby fans.
