Dante is thrust into a dangerous mission when the Prince’s Guild kidnaps the Cartel heiress, Carmen Rubio. He’s assigned to take her off the map—to his ancestral home in Italy—with strict orders to keep his hands off the virgin.
This is book four of The Prince's Guild series - Dante and Carmen's story.
Was hard to connect to the h as she’s written all over the place with her personality. No growth. The paragraphs and chapters didn’t always make sense either, had a bit lack of flow
Sierra Voss crafts a compelling world in this well-written fourth installment of The Prince's Guild series, a tale centered on Dante and Carmen. The story ignites when the Guild orchestrates Carmen's kidnapping – a virgin and the Cartel heiress. Dante's return home is fraught with reluctance, yet his unwavering loyalty to the Guild binds him to a lifelong commitment.
From the outset, the dynamic between Dante and Carmen is palpable, a push and pull that draws the reader in. Dante grapples with familial obligations, a strained relationship with his mother, and his duties to the Guild. Simultaneously, Carmen navigates the perilous landscape of the Guild-Cartel conflict, her father's seeming disinterest in her fate forcing a profound reassessment of her self-worth. As their lives intersect amidst a cascade of unexpected events, the central question lingers: can Dante and Carmen find their way to each other? Find out for yourself on May 12th!
My one reservation lies in the fact that while this book can be read independently, I believe readers would gain a richer experience by starting from the beginning of the series. I found myself with unanswered questions in the initial half of the book, and it wasn't until the 60% mark that I truly became invested. However, once the narrative fully took hold, I was completely captivated, deeply appreciating the story and its exploration of various aspects of life. Ultimately, I recommend this book, especially to those who have followed the series.

This is the 4th book in the Prince's Guild series. It can be read as a stand alone, but there is a continuing mafia family arc that runs through the series and historical information you pick up along the way. This book takes place after the third, where you meet the FMC. Her father kidnapped the Don's wife in that story, and in this one the Guild is out for revenge. They come for her and kidnap her, and send her off with her kidnapper for safe keeping while they negotiate with her father. She hates him and his arrogance. The last thing he wants is to be saddled with the spoiled cartel princess. She is nothing but trouble and sass.... and he can't help but be attracted to her even though she is strictly off limits. The author has again brough forth compelling and layered characters. He is struggling with his loyalty to his family and his chosen life. She was raised knowing that her life was not her own and that she would marry for alliance, of her father's choosing. This might be more of a romance than the previous stories from how their relationship evolves as they become each other's confidents. Their spice was steamy and toe curling, as they could not hold back. This was a great addition to the series, all the way to the happily ever after epilogue.

This might only be the second book by Sierra Voss I've read but I can tell you I went from not knowing her books to devoted fan. I would go so far as to declare her queen of mafia romance. These books are freaking amazing!!!!!
I thought it couldn't get any better than Deception & Desire.
Boy, was I wrong.
Because then I started reading Obsession & Oath. Although 'reading' is a pretty unfitting word for the way I absolutely devoured this book.
The chemistry and emotions between Dante and Carmen are gripping. Their entire story pulls you in and doesn't let go untill the very end. The way Sierra Voss can draw a perfectly clear picture in your mind with written words is just pure beauty.
I cannot wait for the next book. I already know the story and the characters will be amazing
Though, honestly, I know my favorite will forever be Mia (D&D). Nobody will ever be as BA as her.
Loved Obsession & Oath the fourth book in the Prince’s Guild Mafia romances, and found it to be another fantastic read in the series. Dante Grasso has just kidnapped a very feisty Princess of the Mexican Cartel, Carmen Rubio, from her home, and for his don Leon Natali as revenge for the recent kidnapping of Leon’s wife. Dante loves his work and Carmen is one of the reasons he does with that good fight she puts up, and her being beautiful an added bonus. The next time he sees her is when the guild is deciding what to do with her after a few failed escape attempts. Lucky or not Dante gets the job of securing Carmen out of the country and a steamy, darkly satisfying story unfolds. I enjoyed the writing, personal vulnerabilities, danger, surprises, passion, and well crafted characters who brought it all together in an intense emotionally charged read.

This was so romantic! The setting and languages sold me, I’ve read the other books in the series and loved them all, this is a solid story, the secondary characters were super well fleshed, as always with this author.
I loved Dante’s mom, she just wanted to have her son home and settled, and she made Carmen feel the love of a family, So cute!
Was hoping to see a little more Mia & Carmen rekindling their friendship, as they were so fun together the previous book, but I still liked the way it went.
I would definitely recommend this book.

You’ll love Dante and Carmen's story which is the 4th book of The Prince's Guild series. Wow, this might be the best book of the series. A page turner, for sure. Things get interesting when the Guild kidnaps Carmen who is not only the Cartel heiress but also a virgin. Dante is assigned to watch over her. She’s frustrated that her father doesn’t seem proactive about bringing her home. A great story with a strong story line and great characters. I read a free arc via the author and I voluntarily chose to write a review.
A forbidden romance between a bodyguard and an enemies mafia princess brings the second book I. The exciting Prince’s Guild series to life. Enforcer Dante doesn’t know what he is in for when he gets to babysit Carmen and when they explicitly tell him not to touch her well you know it’s going to be a fun and explosive story. I love the chemistry and heat level between the characters as they find themselves getting closer to each other. This was a steamy story in the series and I can’t wait for more.
Dante has never wanted to return home but to support the guild he will and commit to forever. Carmy is caught up in balancing the fight between the Guild and the Cartel. Only her father's lack of drive to bring her home leaves her questioning everything even how she saw her worth. Through all the twists and turns will they find each other?.

As with the other books in this series, it would have got 5* if it wasn't fot the typos. The story was so good and a great ending although I was expecting some form of retribution on Rina. Lovely characters and it was good that there was a flow from the other books. Just the right amount of spice mixed in with a great story. Highly recommend to read this series
Is this the last one of the series? It has been a fun ride reading this series. This one about Dante and Carmen provided a great ending. Their banter was entertaining and their chemistry was hot. It has been a great series.

Book 4 in The Prince's Guild is Dante and Carmen's story. It's a great, fast-paced story that'll quickly pull you in. Cartel Princess Carmen and the guy assigned to guard her definitely make for some explosive heat in this one. This entire series has been one fantastic read after the next and Dante and Carmen kept pace with their forbidden love story. Obsession And Oath is an absolute must read!
He's been tasked to take a virgin back to his country for safe keeping and to keep his hands off of her which is something Damien had no plans to follow because in his eyes she was his. This thrilling story is steamy and filled with dramatic twists ad turns that kept me turning the pages.

Carmen is a spicy woman, she is no wilting flower. Dante is tasked with "collecting" Carmen. Dante has to keep Carmen contained and watch over her. That is when the real fun begins. Absolutely a delightful read, fantastic characters and a great story.

This multi layered characters and interconnected story line makes this story AMAZING! The suspense and drama that becomes Carmen and Dante's story is what will keep you on the edge of your seat and wanting more. The chemistry these two characters have is perfect and takes it over the top.

Besides some mistakes (edit) the series was quite enjoyable. If you want to just read to escape your own busy mind, without having to think or concentrate, then go ahead. If you are anal and think you could do better, don’t read this series because sometimes a story is just a story and the characters are flawed.
I enjoyed Dante and Carmen's story. A combustible and potent combination of intensity, drama, heat, emotion, danger, action, twists and tension engages you quickly and keeps you that way. Add in some off-the-charts chemistry and you have hard to resist romance that gets your pulse racing.
This book was a good read. Some things disappointed me about the protagonist (him letting the woman he loved go back to the cartel and he monster father). Full of action and adventure.
Their world was different they were enemies but one turn and everything changes. Love slowly appeared but they didn't acknowledge it. But slowly their worlds joined together. But their live abruptly changed when they returned.
Obsession and oath was an intriguing and entertaining read. This was Dante and Carmen’s story. I received an early copy of the book. And voluntarily leaving this review.
Loved the story and the characters. This is a story that you don’t want to miss. It had it all - it’s the best way to explain it. I voluntarily reviewed this book
