I seriously love Mick Inkpen books. His illustrations are so cute, and the story lines albeit simple have some very funny parts in them. My all-time favorite is still Billy's Beetle, but this one is great as well. Ben was laughing really hard, even after reading it through several times (and it is a SHORT book).

M gets SUCH a kick out of the onomatopoeia and slapstick humour in this story. It has a more conventional ending than his other books, which I kindof prefer. The giggles that this story encourages are worth the many, many times I've had to read it in the last few days.
