The scorched body of the local high school football coach is found in his burning car. Turns out the divorced victim was quite the "player" with platforms on social media that are more than embarrassing. The number of disgruntled exes outweigh the positives and the list of suspects is long.
Beyond that, there are the jealous husbands of many of the exes, unhappy players on the football team, gambling debts-the list goes on. Suspects are investigated and discarded but Song and her team are dogged in their determination to find the killer.
Sheriff Song is still on the election trail- at least in the last 3-4 books and it's becoming annoying. Get the election overwith already!
The killer was obvious at least halfway through.

I had a hard time with this one! I was losing the story itself. I have liked the series over all. But this book seemed like material was added to just make it longer and the feud between the sheriff and Rafe because his son is in prison, is really rafe fault. Sheriff doesn’t play favorites with the law. Everyone is treated the same, Whats kinda assinine is that the guy has no experience in law or policing but can run against her in the next book. Somebody just slap him upside the head, move on. Yes, I will read the next book too

A Segue Into Book 10
Excellent story, but the ending irritated me because it left me hanging. Sheriff Spencer Song is her usual strong, independent self committed to keeping the citizens of Sweetwater Falls safe. The victim in the story was not a nice person, and many would say, he deserved what happened to him. But, Sheriff Song doesn’t view it that way. He deserves justice, and Sheriff Song, along with her team are determined to find it for him.

Excellent addition to this series !
I really love Spencer Song all the characters in the series are so wonderful. . This is one of my favorite series by Elle Gray.. so much going on with the election coming up soon and I am anxiously awaiting the next book in the series this one was exceptional and I can’t wait to read the next one ! if you haven’t started the series I highly recommend it! Elle Grey never disappoints ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Revenge in the Falls( A Sweetwater Falls Mystery Book 14)
OMG!!!!!!!!!This book was amazing, it made me laugh and cry. I am glad that Sheriff Song, finally getting the recognition that she deserves. I hope that she finds away to catch the teacher that manipulated 2 teenager boys into committing murder. This was a very strange case but also very realistic. Kind of scary if you really think about it. I can't wait to read the next book.

Perfect for a Sunday afternoon...

Riveting
Such a deep and suspenseful case for Spencer and her team. I love the unbelievable love between Spencer and Ryker it is one in a million. There are many people in this world that manipulate the weak and get away with it, so sad. I love how you have left us with a cliffhanger. I cant wait for Spencer and the teams next case. Please don’t keep us waiting long 🫶❤️🇦🇺

Revenge in the Falls
This may be my favorite book in this series. I hated for it to end. I can't wait for the next one. These characters are so well-written you feel as if you know them. The entire book just flows seamlessly. I absolutely can't recommend Elle Gray's books enough.

Too many suspects
I love Elle Gray! The Sweetwater Falls series is refreshing. I like reading how Spencer keeps growing and letting mire of herself open up to the people who love and care for her. This story just had too many suspects! No, I had no clue who did it. Did not see that coming though!

Brilliant
To quote Kay from the book , This is BRILLIANT!!
The story line is so emotional and thought provoking. I really like the realistic feeling if the investigation. The characters are lifelike and well developed. Spenser feels like a good friend and the human feelings portrayed by the character make the book! I eagerly await the next book in this wonderful series.

The Great Finale!
I don't remember having thr final chapter of a tome strike me as well as this one did. After all the twists and turns in the story line took, the author's genus came to the fore in the final chapter.
The reader must be forewarned not to turn to the ending first as that would ruin the flow and wonder of the storyline.

Another Good Read
I.have enjoyed reading this series.
Sheriff Spenser Song has her hands full. Solving the mystery of the death of a former NFL player and local high school football coach while campaigning for re-election. Sheriff Song was running into dead ends when she finally gets some clues through the help of her staff as to who killed the coach.

Ugh. Not fond of many protagonists in this tale of family and romantic dysfunction.

In this story, Spencer reminds us how strong and courageous she is. But you also see the pain that she has buried inside. I have loved this series and look forward to the next chapter in the lives of Spencer and Ryker and of course their dogs.

This book does not disappoint.
The abrupt ending left me just wanting more! So many unanswered questions are still rattling around in my head but guessing the answers isn't enough. So, Ms. Gray, quit playing with your Husky (Buddy is our 5th) and get back to writing!!!! 😊🐺

Another Winner in Sweetwater Falls!
I have read all the books in this series and they just keep getting better. I hope Elle continues to bring new adventures to Spencer and this great little town.

This was a great story about Spencer and team trying to find who killed a coach and why and finding out with a ending you didn’t see coming and also will she be the sheriff again after the election. Thank you for this awesome story.
