Era obvio que iba a pasarle algo a la madre de Kaoruko, desde que Kosuke le contó a Rintaro lo de su madre supe que tendríamos un capítulo con Fuuko en el hospital. Me gustó que Rintaro se sintiera más seguro sobre sí mismo y el consuelo que puede brindarle a su novia que enseguida buscó una oportunidad para estar con ella y asegurarse de hacerle saber que él es su "paraíso" seguro, donde puede llorar y quejarse cuanto quiera que él la sostendrá en sus brazos siempre. AMO🥺🫶🏻

The White Day scenes were super sweet, especially Rintaro baking for Kaoruko again and it was fun seeing the rest of the group exchange gifts and just enjoy being together. I also loved how the story gave more depth to Natsusawa, showing that he’s aware of his feelings for Subaru but choosing to hold back out of respect for where she’s at, that level of patience was really thoughtful. And just when it seemed like the volume would end on that light, cozy note, Kaoruko’s mom collapsing pulled the rug a bit and set up the big meeting between Rintaro and her father, which felt like the calm shifting toward something more serious. It might not have been the most eventful volume but it was still charming and easy to get through.

I loved the scene where Kaoruko opened up to Rintaro and let herself cry. And Rintaro was real smooth with thatkiss, I have to admit. I have the feeling that Kaoruko‘s mom will die sometime soon, just so it adds a bit more drama and tension between them.

SAKU REALISED HIS FEELINGS HDFBVHBFVJHEVBKJEHR ALL ABOARD THE SHIP WE ARE ABOUT TO SET SAIL SOOOOOOON AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. but rlly, i don't think i'd mind the slowburn route, i LOVEEEEE how he's so considerate of her and so in tune with her feelings. even when he found out she met hidaka, his first thought was hoping she wasn't too scared. him deciding he doesn't want to confess is also very much in character, he's very kind after all. another thing i LOVE abt kaoru hana is how genuinely kind these characters are. anyway yes so i love this and i loved the meeting w the patissier too. SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY KAORUKO IS THE FIRST PERSON RINTARO EVER MADE A CAKE FOR AAAAAAAAAAA, soulmatism is so real, she's the reason he realised his life's purpose. super excited for the talk b/w her dad and rin-chan. the waguri family has always been lovely, in them we trust. also usami being excited for the monkey bars was so cute 😭 him and madoka are literally twins separated at birth and ayato having to mother them around LMFAOOO i love my family 🫶🏻
