This book proved to be very beneficial in my understanding how my body works while in menopause, health and fitness, and the benefits of intermittent fasting. As a woman over 50, I found this book to be loaded with useful information and tips to begin intermittent fasting. The meal plan is definitely a valuable resource.

Hartwell's book on intermittent fasting provides a lot of food for thought on the subject. It is well written and formatted in a way that makes it easy to follow along. In addition, she provides a thirty-day meal plan to help you achieve your goals.
