Chasing Joe

Rate this book
Old college friends, Kate and "Charlie" are bound for adventure in rugged northeastern Arizona. For Phoenix attorney Kate James, an out-of-town assignment at a trading post near the Hopi Indian reservation is inconvenient at best. However, Kate’s journey may just hold the healing powers to transform her fractured world. For "Charlie" Russell, this is a magical déjà vu journey of coming home to a place she has never been before.

Chasing Joe is a well-crafted,never a dull moment story, that is sure to hold one's attention through the very last page. Once again, author Sherry Hartzler weaves a story about an assortment of relationships and an assortment of emotions, just as she did in Three Moons Over Sedona and Island Passage. The book is entertaining and Author Hartzler involves her readers in hunting down Joe--keep reading to find out about this wise, mysterious, but engaging fellow.

This is a good read, well worth your time.

Chasing Joe

Very good read by Sherry Hartzler . My first time to read her writing. About an old indian who's about to get rich by inheritance, a lawyer chasing him around to get a signature with a best friend trying to help. And Joe the old indian with a wonderful family that ends up showing the lawyer and her best friend some things about life, love, and friendship.

This book wasn't as interesting to me as Three Moons. The characters did t seem as interesting. I didn't think Kate had much depth. She seemed slightly robotic. The others seemed genuinely and engaging.
