Provides a thorough introduction to sound theory and the mechanics of serving as a sound operator for a worship team.

The material on ministry, however, is extremely thin and runs the risk of painting a congregation's leadership as the "enemy" that will seek to undermine this component of the worship team.

Additionally, the author presents worship as more of a performance to be managed than a service the congregation participates in -- despite the author's insistence that this view is not being presented.
