Thanks to Netgalley for the review copy. The Picture Bible has been going strong for over 4-5 decades. Some have secretly referred to it as the white Jesus picture bible or the colonialist coloring book; however, it still packs a punch. As an early struggler with Dyslexia, comics helped me counter the way my brain sorted things, and I can remember reading Picture Bible stories on the classic bible tales.
