I’ve dreamt of how I die since I was a little girl. I always thought it was just a nightmare, a figment of my overactive imagination—at least that’s what my parents told me.
But one day I meet a man who has the same eyes I’ve seen a thousand times in my dream, and I start to question everything I thought was real.
Is it possible that premonitions exist?
He isn’t just any man. He’s Luka Russo, star hockey player of The Kings of Hart University and my best friend’s brother.
When she asks me to help him because he’s on the brink of being benched for his grades, I jump at the opportunity to not only tutor him but also find out what his connection to my dream is.
What I don’t bank on is falling for the hotshot jock or him falling for me, the nerdy bookworm … and I definitely didn’t bank on finding out my dream is real.
Fate may have brought us together. But will she also rip us apart?
Rowan and Millie's story is a good continuation of our friends at Hart U. I enjoyed seeing more into Rowan because I had been rooting for him with Stella, so I was glad he gets his own shot. It was a little hard to connect with the characters because it often felt like they were explaining their actions/emotions rather than us living them out, but I still enjoyed them. The relationship progressed a little weirdly from instalike to just friends to I love you so I didn't love that or the pacing of it, but it was overall a good story.
Amazing book, I loved every moment of this beautifully told story. The story itself gave a lot of One Tree Hill vibes which made me love it even more. Our MMC and FMC have the most adorable connection to each other and it really made the readers fall in love and root for them to succeed. Picking up the pieces given by the author on the death omens and watching the main characters work through their difficulties was great. This is a must read from this new author!
