I love this book. As a professional coach who just started a new coaching business, it is a source of inspiration, motivation, and actionable insights. I can attest to the genuine nature of Frank, and being even more vulnerable with the personal stories shared adds to his authentic essence.
The power of the insights shared is that I can use them as a coach and use the same insight to help my clients, For example, the myth of the "right time" to pursue dreams is debunked; we can allow fear to dictate our choices or we can take imperfect action toward our dreams to start to see challenges that once seemed insurmountable, start to shrink.
