Very helpful for building a new plan for every part of your body, wish it had gone into showering and hair products that you should avoid or use. Planning on doing a check up with my doctor soon and getting my teeth cleaned after this book.

Interesting, informative, brief, easy to read, good information. Good reference book on the subject. Lots of good guidance in easy to read and remember format.
