This one was so much better than the first in my opinion. It just had the right amount of everything and I was really enjoying all the mafia business and the relationship between Elyse and Alesso. Their relationship is the cutiest ever and I was literally melting at the end because they were adorable 😫 Loved the epilogue and their happy ending.
The only thing I didn’t like is the way this is written in a third person perspective from Elyse’s pov. I don’t mind it in the first book but it annoyed me a little at the this one. Also I think it would have been much better if this duology was just made into one book because this one was short and the first book had a lot of filler chapters that weren’t necessarily. But I did enjoy reading both books 😍

Alessandro and Elyse story continues in this alluring tale. It is a riveting story that combines intense chemistry, emotional declination along with unexpected twists and turns that had me all caught up in the characters.
