Heart Warming – A Special Love Story

This novel is not the typical doctor story … it is so much more deeper in emotions in letting go of the past & moving forward towards the future. Dr. Ethan Cole lost his first wife & unborn child. She desperately wanted to be fulfilled in having a baby but was advised against this because her life was on the line. Ethan finally gave in to her pleas & had regretted it when the day arrived they died. He took their deaths extremely hard & delved into his work for 6 yrs. When Ally, a new extern, arrives at his hospital, there’s a spark between them. Both know what the risks are if they decide to start dating but is the risk worth it? Hell yeah! Their connection remains strong & doesn’t decline like they thought. Finding out she’s pregnant brings on more into Ethan’s life which comes with mixed feelings. This story leaves you wanting to continue reading in one sitting, wondering how this age-gap widower who is still in his prime, can move to the present & let Ally into his heart forever by not feeling guilty about sharing his heart with his first love too.

Great age-gap workplace romance

A lovely romance, with plenty of forbidden attraction, friendship, angst, spice, love, trust, twin pregnancy and a HEA.

Ally's first day as a training nurse doesn't go well, particularly when the doctor she'd been warned about ended up shouting at her to get a job done. But she's reporting to him and feels a connection that they shouldn't explore.

Dr Ethan Cole hadn't changed anything since his wife and child had died, but when he meets Ally she sparks some life back into his world and he can't stay away from her. A friendship forms between them which soon becomes something more but they have to keep it a secret to protect their jobs.

Do Ethan and Ally have a chance at building a family which he didn't think he could have again?

When it comes to an age gap love story, this one hit all the right areas. Ethan and Amelia story comes with love, loss, forgiveness, and in the end a story that will make anyone believe in soul mates.

Ethan has a past that has left him traumatized and standoffish at the hospital where he is a doctor. However, when Amelia, who is way younger and an extern at the same hospital, enters his life things become complicated and well Ethan's heart starts to open. Can Amelia heal Ethan's heart to allow him to forgive himself for his past and have the happily ever after he so deserves.

This was my first book by Clara Dunn and I have to say I have now become a big fan. The feelings you get while reading this book and well the spicy scene were well done and it made for the love story between Ethan and Amelia even better.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to read sadness with my romance story, so knowing Ethan was a widow made me hesitant, but wow, it really left a great HEA feeling. No soap opera type lies, fears, or confusion to muck up the relationship, just reading how two people navigate through their tramatic pasts. It was easy to get to know each character, and you could feel their pull toward each other. Great read for anyone loving hallmark movies 😉

So much more than a forbidden-love, age-gap romance novel. This is a story of healing, fate, and destiny. Ethan and Ally are formidable characters-strong, scarred, and determined. Together they are an incredible force. They find the little things in each other that others have broken, and work together to form a passionate bond and beautiful love. A surprise pregnancy causes a bit of turmoil, but destiny prevails. Wonderfully written. I’m a huge fan of this author. Every book is a heartwarming, fervent, and inspiring adventure.

This heartfelt story had me all caught up in Ethan and Ally. He is dealing with the loss of his family but when he connects with Ally and changes her life in ways she didn't expect. Will Ethan get a second chance to find happiness again. It is a well written story that had my emotions all over the place and cheering for this couple.

What an emotional love story. He is her boss who is seen a grumpy and standoffish, she is nearly 20 years his junior. Sparks fly and soon the6bare in uncharted territory. Can they navigate the roller coaster of emotions ahead of the? I really loved this book so much. The characters were a delight and there was just enough humor to lighten the mood when needed.

I was concerned about reading this while I was at work because of the sad undertones. His struggles to move on after loss resonated with me. I'm glad he found someone to help him find a way through to recovery.

And it wasn't until the very end of the epilogue that I lost control of my tears.

This was such an emotional read. Grieving doctor trying to push forward with his life. In walks an intern full of life. Sparks fly between the two. Now they have to push through his grief in order to get the HEA they deserve. Especially with pink lines showing up.

Wow!!

This was good. Ally and Ethan's union was explosive and amazing. But when the shoe dropped and that one major thing happened (no spoilers! read it! ) I was so worried as to what was going to happen for them. tears were shed both in a sad way and happy way.

Cute quick read I was able to finish in an evening. Chemistry between Ethan and Ally was great. Was nice to see them overcome their obstacles. Kinda wish got to see a little more of them at the hospital before the epilogue but still really enjoyed the book.
