awesome cookbook!

I thought this low carb high protein cookbook was amazing to read through. It has countless recipes all using only five ingredients and it’s laid out in a very straightforward easy tofollow way. Each recipe includes prep time, cook time, and serving size. Followed by nutritional facts an ingredients list, and meal prep instructions. and the pictures they created were very inviting as well! I can’t wait to jump in and try many of these recipes.

This one is a keeper

This one is a keeper, I have an iPad in the kitchen, as my go to place to make anything special. This book is definitely one of them to go to. The images and recipes for my high protein low carbs meals just got levelled up. Great Book…
