I've ended up reading this manga series twice or so, if only to figure out what's going on, so while this volume is More Of The Same, that's not really a defect. Much the same tropes as the excellent Korean TV series Hotel Del Luna, persons manning the boundary between life and death help the confused convenience store patrons who stumble in find their way onward, one way or another. Slice-of-life -- or maybe slice-of-death -- vibes, with a nice array of different problems cropping up to keep the chapters/episodes turning. I have grown very fond of Darkness Cat.

For some reason, I thought this was the final volume (it's not). But this one felt different, is it just me or did it not really pick up where we left off? What happened to the people trapped in their lockers? I did like the stories here, we ventured outside the store. As always love Darkness Cat! Will see what the next volume brings.

Was kind of expecting the manager to shed more light on their brother but this volume was filled with filler chapters from other people that suddenly shows up in the story.
