This guide contains lots of good information and practices to assist someone on a journey of ascension and self-awareness. I struggled with all of the clearly chatGPT drafted text. Every other page contained the comparative language (and M dashes -) that LLM's love (ex. "This isn't just....its....."). This also is more of a guide/resource book with all of the bulleted text. If you can get past that, and approach this more as a learning tool I think it's a good resource to have.
