This setting to the Cyberpunk 2020 system is one of my main resources when I'm creating a module or a campaign. It's less about the usual 'pre-made settings make GM's life easier', but more about getting in the right mood. There are very few things I have put into my games exactly as they appear in the guide, but the inspiration I got from it is invaluable. This, and the Augmented Reality city creation kit are always open in the background whenever I'm writing a module. Definitely worth it!
