In his book, Mark highlights the underlying cause for most of project failure / success: The communication factor. His very objective insights helped me a lot to comprehend better my own project and people behavior, understanding core issues that the team was struggling to address.

When I'm reading a book, I'm used to add a few post-its with self comments to check out later. I've added so many post-its onto it that I'll need some time to consume all the wisdom from this masterpiece!
