The Library's operations are expanding. Patrons come and go. Fines levied, books returned.

But some dangerous books have been wiped from the system, and only surveillance helps reveal what they are. With some of these books integral to dimensional stability, they have to be retrieved no matter what.

Quinn must enlist the help of her assistants and allies to perform rituals capable of locating these books. Some of the information comes too easily, hinting at deception behind every turn.

They must navigate the trails before the traps snap shut!

Loved this latest addition to the library system reset series. Quinn finally gets the truth of her heritage - and learns the details of her family on Earth. Plus more and more secrets of the library it's self!

If you're interested in an OP heroine fueled by a magical library... This is the series for you.

Personally I enjoyed the reveals and can't wait for the next book.

Longest book of the series so far, but I never got tired of reading it. This book is were some pivotal plot points seem to happen where I had a couple "Holy Sh*t" moments.

I really like watching Quinn come into her power - its imperfect, messy, and instinctual in many cases. The new characters she meets are fascinating and "Uncle Hal" is becoming one of my favorites in the series. (Well, next to Eric). Where Milarno is grandfatherly in his coaching, "Uncle Hal" is more of a cool father figure who is a little more strict but understanding. I also really like how Hell is being portrayed. It's just not like anything I would expect.

Now off to book four!

Ongoing adventures of The Librarian.

Quinn, as The Librarian, keeps learning and discovering new parts of what it means to have this position. And in this installment she and her friends successfully fight off a major group of opponents and recover some important information.

The author does some odd things with the narrator’s view. We see inside Quinn’s head, but then it seems in the next page she does things which run opposite to what we “hear” from her - this has been fairly constant through the series.

I’m not too sure who my favourite person is in The Library. Malakai has to be well up there. Quinn is coming into her magic and advancing as a person. Who are friends and who are the traitors? There is still a traitor in their midst. Absolutely entrancing. Very hard to put down and eagerly awaiting the next episode in this captivating series

An engaging read that only gets better!
With new powers and a growing collection of magical books, our heroine grows stronger, and the library is slowly recovering. Without spoiling anything, this story continues to deepen, with more complex challenges and characters who become even more relatable.

Interesting concept. Creating a whole magic system can be problematic, as this shows.

Messy editing. Hopping has 2 p - unless you read this book where it has one. Want to see stationary used correctly and incorrectly on the same page - this is your book! And it ends by inviting you to chapter 4 on patreon. (The book has more than 4 chapters)

Save the library!

Alternate universe, magic, fantasy races, protect the library quest

Quinn and her allies face more challenges in book 3, and she learns more about who she is. Above average editing. 720 plus pages of story for the price. And who loves reading doesn't also love libraries? Very topical tale; literacy is a crucial part of remaining free. Enjoyed.

I absolutely adored the first two books, but unfortunately, book 3 didn't grab me as well.
The narrator struggles to create male voices that are distinguishable. It is very difficult to identify who is speaking, especially during the more action-packed scenes.
I still love the world and will continue the series, but maybe I'll switch to book instead of audiobook.

The concept is the only thing keeping me invested in this. I’m finding grammatical errors left and right. The author could do with an ARC crew that reports basics to her. There’s a lot of repeated phrasing that could be edited out to improve flow. It’s a shame since the overall plot is SO much fun and the library itself is extremely creative.

Needs more editing

I really enjoy the story and worlds of this book, but the lack of editing is a real hindrance to enjoyment. Sometimes words are missing, making it hard to understand whole paragraphs.

Story romps along with fresh escalation and new developments at every turn. There are a number of basic editing issues and a few over-used turns of phrase that eventually jar somewhat but the characters are nicely done and the setting is excellent.

The e-book needs better editing. Missing words, sentences that start with an "either" and never get to an "or."
