Pre-order the hot Seventh and Final installment of the DOMINION HALL series. As seen on TikTok.________
About the Dominion Hall
Seven men. One brotherhood.
Built in Charleston, South Carolina in the shadows of war and wealth, Dominion Hall isn’t just a mansion—it’s their fortress. Ruthless. Untouchable. Dangerous.
But even the strongest men fall… for the wrong woman.
Enemies will come.
Betrayal will burn.
And the men of Dominion Hall?
They’ll bury anyone who dares to touch what’s theirs.
Possessive. Jealous. Obsessive.
These billionaires don’t share. They claim.
For fans of dangerous love, anti-heroes who live by their own rules, and the women who bring them to their knees.
Jack Flynn co-writes dark billionaire military romance with Lainey Ray.
Jack is a former military man with a sharp mind, a devilish smirk, and a habit of taking control—in fiction and otherwise. He likes his books like he likes his combat strategies: fast-paced, explosive, and leaving no survivors. When he’s not crafting tactical missions and deadly antiheroes, you can find him reading action thrillers, watching war movies, or engaging in other kinds of action we won’t discuss here.
Jack brings the precision, the danger, and the raw intensity to every Jack & Lainey book. He knows exactly how to build a hero who commands a room, claims a woman, and takes down anyone who dares to stand in his way.
Rumor has it, Jack never loses control … unless Lainey’s involved.
After 6 other books with the background of this secret Department 77 looming behind the brothers this was SUCH a let down. It’s almost like this whole plot was just an excuse for the love stories and steamy sex scenes (which are repeated almost word for word in each book). The end of this was SUCH a letdown.
*** SPOILERS*** The fact that NO other brother got to see their mother except Silas was tragic. And the fact that the dad they worshiped happened to have a whole other family (with 7 other brothers around the same age) feels like an excuse to just keep this series going. It’s insane. And the women they love (except Izzy and Claire) are becoming more and more unforgettable. When I can’t keep track of which woman is married to which brother -it’s not a good sign. And Vivian was a thrill seeking psycho because she was poor as a kid?!? That makes NO sense. And Obsidian in the bed- was ridiculous. That’s suicidal not hot in a dangerous pushing boundaries sort of way. They might as well have played a game of Russian roulette in the bedroom together.
It would have been GREAT in The Sniper to have Charlie take Claire out and show her how he provided medical care to the citizens in Charleston who had no one else. That was a solid story line for one of the brothers instead of the repetitive way each one coped- which was basically brooding, needing to escape, and then destroying something. Charlie felt like the only brother who was a full character.
As for the end…to not even allow a moment where all the brothers got to see their mother once- even for a moment- before she passed left me feeling like Silas had stolen something from them. And so had Portia. So as loyal readers, we’ve waited hundreds of pages for what- that ending? Their mother betrayed, none of the other men even had a moment to hear their mother’s voice, and their parent’s relationship a lie. The author’s would do better to focus more on the espionage aspect of the story if they’re going to drag it out for SEVEN books!! Readers deserved better than this.
I haven’t looked at the reviews for the Montana Danes yet but my guess is they’re not going to be as good as the reviews for some of these books. These could have been GREAT books- but your readers deserved a better pay off than this after dragging this story line out for this long. We invest our time and money when you write. Spend a little more time in your plot development. The foundation of the whole series. Even if we learn more… after 7 books this wasn’t what we or the characters deserved. Try story boarding your plot next time. It might help. And please know if I hadn’t been a fan I wouldn’t have hung on for 7 books. I know you can do more.

The last installment of the Dominion Hall series, The Ghost, was WOW....just WOW! It's a, match meet gasoline, white hot, incendiary romance between Silas Dane AKA The Ghost and Portia Lane, elite wedding planner. He's the gasoline and she's the match. Or, is it vice versa? Both cling to their independence, think marriage is overrated and don't believe in love or happily ever afters. She is bold, brassy, a woman in charge and doesn't back down from anybody. He's the man in the shadows, a stealthy warrior and the loner among seven brothers. Yet, their coming together starts a fire that can not or will not be doused. Couple six weddings with what could be the final takedown of Department 77, a mysterious reappearance and you've got this extraordinary and riveting book. Jack Flynn and Lainey Ray played it perfectly from the first to last page. Oh! Be prepared for some big surprises along the way!
Portia Lane and Silas Dane's story is a passionate and intense romance, filled with uncertainty and secrets. Silas, aka The Ghost, is a complex character forged in blood and loyalty, and his chemistry with Portia is undeniable. While the story wasn't as strong as the first few in the series for me, the Dane brothers' signature blend of heat, passion, and justice kept me engaged. The ending felt a bit rushed, but the revelation of their father's secret added a new layer to the story. Overall, a solid addition to the Dominion Hall series. 🤓
The whole Dominion Hall series are wonderful and entertaining! Each story left me wanting another. I can't pick a favorite but book 7 is right at the top. Reat stories and chacters with a mysterious theme underlying them all. Enjoy them all cause the read is sure worth it.
These Dane Brothers books have been excellent! They have heat, secrets, darkness and HEAs! I am so excited to read the Montana Danes! Portia and Silas are all fire! They burn each other in so many ways! You will love these books!
