Saving Abigail Grace is an emotional and powerful true story following a mother's unimaginable experience after a devastating car accident leading to the emergent delivery of her unborn daughter.  I was pulled in from the very first page- Layla's love and determination in the face of the trauma and unknown are incredibly moving.
This is not just a story of survival but also the unbreakable bond between a mother and her child and the strength it takes to hold on to hope when everything feels lost.

A must-read for anyone who's been faced with a life-changing moment, especially mothers. It will stay with me for a long time!

Wow.
"Saving Abigail Grace" is a deeply moving memoir that chronicles a mother's harrowing journey of surviving a horrific car accident and the work that comes after. The author, Layla Slater invites readers into the raw and vulnerable space of her experience, sharing the intense pain, fear, and uncertainty of how to navigate a tragedy.

What sets this book apart is its powerful exploration of resilience. Rather than succumbing to despair, the author demonstrates an extraordinary ability to transform her pain into a profound sense of purpose. This transformation is not portrayed as a linear or easy process; instead, the reader is privy to the messy, often heart-wrenching, steps taken along the way.

The writing is honest, and straightforward.

The book shows us the power of love, the importance of hope, the strength of the human spirit. It offers a reflection on the ability to find meaning in suffering, the importance of cherishing life.

While the subject matter is undeniably heartwrenching, "Saving Abigail Grace" is ultimately a story of hope and healing. It's a testament to the enduring power of a mother's love and the capacity for the human heart to find purpose even in the midst of unimaginable pain.

For me it was a fast paced read, and gave me goosebumps from the moment I saw the cover. The amount of faith and strength this family hard during this time in their life is inspiring.

So proud of you Layla. An inspiration to me and soon to many others.
