started reading this book to combat some negative thoughts and feelings i was starting to develop towards my life.
it was a very inspirational read for me, i had a lot of bits where i put down the book and didn’t read for 3+ weeks but it was easy for me to dive back in whenever i was back on the book kick.
will definitely be using a lot of these exercises mentioned after each chapter!
I appreciate the detailed practical exercises Dr Cheyenne Bryant offers in every single chapter. The information is researched and she actively name drops her sources on each topic. The info and the activities are organized and interconnected. The approach is written gently and compassionately. And She holds high values on spirituality, connection to God, and self accountability, discipline and love. This book was fantastic and inspiring. I’d read it again.
