Caoimhe Whelan is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) working in private practice in Dublin, Ireland.

Prior to qualifying, she was a voluntary breastfeeding supporter with Cuidiu, the Irish equivalent of the National Childbirth Trust, for eight years.
