After getting set up by a matchmaker, Aviva and Noah fall for each other quickly over a handful of dates. But it’s not until after their wedding that they’re allowed to kiss for the first time.

Each touch is a new revelation for Aviva who had very little information about sex going into this marriage. Learning about her own body and the pleasures it is capable of is mixed with apprehension over whether tradition allows the sort of intimacy she’s experiencing with Noah. The newlyweds face the challenge of finding a balance between sexual fulfillment, curiosity, and age-old customs.

This was a wonderful romance that brings together an Orthodox Jewish couple, Aviva and Noah. He's eight yrs older than her, but they were brought together through a matchmaker, so her parents consented to them trying out a date. This led to more dates, a proposal and marriage. With their chemistry, though, it's not a surprise ;) What follows is a journey of growth, for Aviva, as she finds out that pleasure in the bedroom is actually ok. No guilt required. Noah is definitely more experienced, and a bit liberal with his orthodoxy. He even cooked for her, much to her surprise. Lol! He was also fabulously patient with her as they worked through what made them happy in bed. Expect to feel the heat in this one and smile as they get their HEA :D

Aviva and Noah are both Orthodox Jews, Aviva has been raised in a very strict household, adhering to Jewish Laws.
Noah is 8 years older and practices a milder form of Orthodoxy.
They meet through a matchmaker and fall in love almost immediately.
I love how much growth Aviva’s character goes through, from being a shy and naive partner to feeling comfortable discovering her own sexuality.
The author did an amazing job educating us readers about another culture while still giving us a beautiful love story.
